PhD Students, Coordinators, Directors of School and Tutors must send the registration form to the e-mail address Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. E' necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo. (subject: Registration).
Note: Any PhD Coordinator, Director of School can be chosen as referee and/or section chairman; their registration is of paramount importance for the organization of the Workshop.
20 June 2016:
PhD Coordinators or the Directors of School have to send PhD students manuscripts that are going to participate at the Workshop to the e-mail address: Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. E' necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo. (subject: # PhD YEAR_ University). They must be also sure that authors followed the guidelines.
Note: Please do not send the contribution of PhD students who can not take part in the Workshop.
Paper Submission
PhD students papers (Oral Communications, Posters and PhD Dissertation Projects) must be saved as .doc or .docx (.pdf format will not be admitted) and prepared carefully following the instructions given in the “GUIDELINES for oral communications and posters to publish on the PROCEEDING BOOK of the 21th Workshop on the Developments in the Italian PhD Research on Food Science, Technology & Biotechnology“.
The name of the files must include Authors Name and Surname, # PhD Year, University.
The papers must be send by the PhD Course Coordinator or the Directors of School, after checking the compliance of the requirements. Papers send after deadline or not according to the guidelines will be rejected. Each PhD Coordinator or Directors of School will receive notification of the receipt and acceptance of the papers by e-mail. In case of missing notification, please contact the Organizing Committee of the Workshop.
